Scope
- Emergency response required full mobilization within 12 hours.
- Selectively remove fallen roof structure back to structurally sound glulam joists that were to remain.
- Sort through products on 15+ isles that were affected. Source separate damaged goods from salvageable goods, which were then put in crates and placed in the back for inventory.
- Remove the remaining debris from the damaged area and off haul for disposal.
- Scrape slab and broom sweep clean for the next phase of construction.
- Coordinate with news crews, city officials, PD, and PGE.
