Scope

  • The waterproofing repair job required SV to remove all stucco from exterior walls and elevated interior corridors of this 4 stories residential loft complex.
  • Approximately 16,200 SF of stucco was removed in just under a month.
  • Zero damage to sheathing beneath the stucco.
  • Traffic control and proper chute placement were extremely important as this was in a highly dense metropolitan area with a large traffic count.
  • Strategically placed netting down the sides of the scaffolding to keep the stucco debris contained to the immediate area of the demolition.
