Scott Helf

President & CEO Scott Helf founded SV Group. He has over 15 years of site, selective, and heavy structural demolition, hazmat abatement, and remediation experience. His focus is on superior customer service, unparalleled safety measures, cost containment, and investing in top talent, training, and leading-edge equipment. His certifications are: 30 Hour OSHA Construction Safety, 10 Hour OSHA Construction Safety, AHERA Asbestos Supervisor, CDPH Lead Supervisor, 40 Hour Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response, Confined Space Entry Supervisor, Excavation Competent Person Training, CPR/First Aid.
COO

Scott Righetti

COO Scott Righetti oversees all company operations to ensure timely completion within budget and while meeting safety and performance requirements. He is instrumental in maintaining good relationships with clients, subcontractors, and union representatives. In addition, he works with project managers on change order requests, forecasting, post-handoff contract review, and identifying scope gaps.

Sal Noureddine

Sal Noureddine has over 15 years of experience in business development across an array of diverse industries. Mr. Noureddine excels at prospecting, negotiating, coordinating, and executing projects that consistently exceed client expectations. His skills include business development, account management, contract sales, strategic planning, and marketing strategy. He holds a degree from San Francisco State University in Client/Server Technology and a B.S. in Engineering, Agriculture, and Irrigation from the American University of Beirut. Sal lives in Millbrae with his wife and three daughters.
Director, Administration

Kelley Bristol

Kelley Bristol has over 12 years of experience in business administration. She oversees the administrative business operations of SV Group including managing the workflow between Accounting, Human Resources, Facilities, Administrative Staff, and IT. Ms. Bristol has been with SV Group since 2017 and held previous positions in the electronic interconnect industry and luxury resort real estate industry. She is a member of the National Association of Women in Construction and Vistage. Kelley lives in San Jose with her husband and son.
Senior Estimator

Mike Ruff

Mike Ruff has over 30 years of experience in the demolition and environmental services industry. His skills and knowledge include project management, job cost accounting, estimating, sales, and business development. Mr. Ruff provides strategic management of the estimating and project management teams for SV Group as well as overseeing the bid processes of the estimators, estimating engineers, prequalification and proposal coordinators, and project managers. In addition, Mr. Ruff lends his time as Assistant Varsity Football Coach for California State University at Chico. Mike lives in Oakland with his wife and Labrador retriever.
Senior Estimator

Dan Cross

Dan Cross has over 30 years of experience in the construction and environmental services industry as an estimator, project manager, and property developer. As a senior estimator, Mr. Cross works closely with the Director of Estimating and Projects to produce estimating packages, proposals, and change orders that conform to project specifications, price, material qualities, insurance, wages, and other related items. He is certified as an AHERA Asbestos Contractor Supervisor. He holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from San Jose City College and a B.A. in Finance from California State University at Chico.
Project Executive

Scott Dawes

Scott Dawes has over 10 years of experience in project engineering and project management in the construction industry. He has worked as a senior project engineer and project manager on many high-profile projects over a vast array of core markets, health care, high tech, biotech, industrial distribution, and real estate development. While tailoring his management style to meet the demand of each individual project ranging from $100k-$2.2B, he constantly strives to complete each project safely, on time, and with our client’s best interest in mind. Throughout the years, he has received certifications including OSHA 10 and OSHA 30. Mr. Dawes holds a B.A. in public administration from San Diego State University.
Project Manager

Travis Alvernaz

Travis Alvernaz has been on team SVG for over 10 years, beginning as an equipment operator, to project foreman, and now serving as Project Manager. Travis' extensive field experience and strong technical knowledge of the trades make him an incredible PM. With P&L responsibility, he takes part in the execution of the company’s strategic goals in line with the company’s vision. His certifications include OSHA 30, 40 HAZWOPER, and AHERA Contractor/Supervisor certification. He studied building construction technology at San Jose City College.
Project Manager

Kevin Esch

Kevin Esch brings over 35 years of experience in the construction, engineering, demolition, and environmental services industries. He is an accomplished project manager skilled in project estimating, project bidding, strategic planning, contract management, and quality control. Mr. Esch volunteers as Team Captain for USTA Northern California and as Coach for San Ramon Valley Girls Athletic League. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Oregon.
General Superintendent

Tony Banchero

Tony Banchero has over 19 years of environmental, site, selective, and heavy structural demolition experience. In addition, Mr. Banchero has extensive experience with high- and mid-rise demolitions, power plant closures, and public infrastructure. He was site supervisor for large projects including the McGuire Building in Seattle, 140 New Montgomery Street in San Francisco, Highland Hospital in Oakland, and NASA M.D.D. at Edwards Air Force Base in Kern County, California. Mr. Banchero has the following certifications/training: 30 Hour OSHA Construction Safety, 10 Hour OSHA Construction Safety, 40 Hour Asbestos Supervisor Certified, 40 Hour Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency
Response, Certified Rigger - Level 1, Scissor Lift/Boom Lift/Forklift Certified, Confined Space Entry Supervisor, Excavation Competent Person Training, and CPR/First Aid.
