Scope
- Cut 40,000 SF structure in half for adaptive reuse.
- Demolish (1) 20,000 SF structure, including foundation, down to the dirt.
- Demolish (1) 20,000 SF two-story structure back to exterior tilt-up walls.
- Install tilt-up bracing to support the load during the demolition of 2nd floor and roof.
- Removal of 48 trees, 600 linear feet of curb and gutter, 1680 cubic yards of concrete.
- In-house fabrication of custom steel shaker plates for long construction entrance.
- Install and maintain compliance of stormwater prevention program, including sediment filters in storm drains, perimeter straw wattle, covering all stockpiles, weed abatement.
- Rough grade +\- 4″ upon completion.
