Scope
- Install shoring for (12) 24″ glulam joists, prior to selective demolition of the storefront.
- Cut and separate roof line prior to storefront demolition.
- Wall saw CMU floor to ceiling in (2) locations, separating structure from Dollar Tree and Rite Aid.
- Demolish 10,000 SF of structure, including foundation and piers, down to the dirt.
- Demolish 3,000 SF interior mezzanine, down to the slab.
- Slab saw and break out 6,400 SF of the interior slab.
- Slab saw and break out 1,100 SF of the interior slab.
- 13,000 SF of roof tear-off in select locations.
- Rough grade +/- 4″ upon completion.
