Scope
- Fulfill city permit requirements.
- Disconnect and safe-off all utilities.
- Abatement of all ACM, PCB’s and Lead prior to equipment work.
- Demolish 30,000 SF of structure, including foundation, in its entirety.
- Demolish all existing site work, clear and grub.
- Onsite crushing of approx. 3,000 tons of 3/4″ Class 2 AGG Base.
- Rough grade lot upon completion.
